Fuschia in the Rain

"Heavy pulses" forecast on BBC Weather this morning ... they were right. A dash into the garden for a quick Blip.

Just about to head out to the Camera Club this evening, when we realised water was coming in beside a velux window. CJ up a ladder, trying to clear a valley gutter to stop the water coming in. Electrics affected, fuse pulled, towels and collecting bowls positioned. De-humidifier is now in operation.

Camera Club : impressive images by Philip Morrow He showed a wide variety of prints, both before and after editing. He also demonstrated how the colour of the frame can really affect the way we read an image. He uses HDR a lot, I must try it out sometime.
