An Uninspiring View

This is the view that the GOG has from his room in Addenbrookes; rather uninspiring. However, I hope they keep him there and do not send him to L4 as the visiting hours on L4 are very limited. 1500 hours until 1700 hours and then 1900 hours until 2000 hours. This means that for two hours in between you are stuck at the hospital waiting to visit in the evening; I shall visit only in the afternoon if they do move him.

His condition is much the same today, although he is getting and looking better. The physiotherapist took him for a walk, which he said was not very far, but she was pleased that he had managed about three-hundred metres; much more than she expected.

He is still on soft food, mainly tomato soup, which he is managing to keep down as well as copious quantities of tea!
