Not bad for 40!

Today was the day Mr A collected his long yearned for 1973 motorbike.

He very wisely decided midweek that it would be best to hire a van for collection of the bike, rather than risk ride it home. Although it runs, it needs a bit of tlc and I doubt it would have made it home.

The bike itself is is much better condition than either of us remembered from last week, so that's a bonus too.

Mr A looks huge in comparison to the bike, it's much more my size!! It is much smaller than his other bike too!

The main thing is that he has got something he has always wanted, and with a bit of care and attention it will be back to its former glory in no time!
I am still talking about the bike here, though it has to be said Mr A has had the same effect on me!!
