St Michael's Church Penkridge

Thanks for all of the kind comments about recent blips. I'm struggling with time at the moment and can't always comment on your wonderful blips, sorry. It feels very one-sided and I am indebted to your continuing interest in my journal.

Had a number of visits out of the office today so spent lunch in Penkridge, scouting out potential photo opportunities. This, as you can see, is in the graveyard of the parish church. I liked the way the ivy is climbing up the silver birch so was determined to get that in the shot. I also wanted to try and frame the tower between the leaves and branches.
