The next big harvest

The Blackberries are beginning to tail off now around here, however, one of the hedgerows I walk past regularly is absolutely brimming over with Elderberries. It has the added attraction of three old Crab Apple trees that are equally well-laden this year. I can sense chutneys, jellies and possibly even wine taking up my time soon.
