Dan's Dobro

Tonight we had band practice. This is a shot of Dan playing his dobro. He also plays an instrument called a pedal steel. Google if it you get a chance it's amazing. We are called Pretty Girls Sing Soprano. We are on face book and YouTube. I am very lucky to sing with this group of incredibly talented people. We sing bluegrass, folk and rock. It appears as though most bluegrass songs are a bit morbid. We refer to our genre as "death folk" . I can honestly say we laugh a lot and have a great time. We will be singing this Thursday in Portland and Friday in Brunswick Maine. Each time is a hoot. Oh and I get to wear my cowboy boots. Wait until I start blipping those!
