Alcampo

Alcampo is the Spanish version of the French Auchan. They basically mean the same thing-- In the field. Alcampo is a huge grocery store / department store. It's like a Greatland Target in the US. It's so big I spent about an hour and half in the store. I was on a mission. I was going to bake banana oat muffins and I had to find all the ingredients. And, I did! I spent more money than I should have, but oh well.

Later I baked the muffins. The end product was good. They're just really healthy. I also made a omelette with bell pepper and mushrooms for dinner. Tonight, I ate at the Spanish dinner time.
