.......def: a mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity.......now she's pissed off because her fat brother has nabbed the prime hot spot on the boiler while she's left balancing precariously on the windowsill over the radiator......and I'm pissed off because the weather is dire but I need to go out shopping......
