Where there's shadows........

....there's sunshine!!

Right?!

Well there was sunshine when I got up this morning but by the time I went out for brunch with a friend it was absolutely pouring........and it has continued that way all day :(

So much for spending the day in the garden pulling weeds, chopping and trimming.

C'est la vie. It is getting light enough in the evenings now though that there's almost enough time to do a spot of gardening when I get home from work....

...let's hope it doesn't rain all week!
