Tangled Web

Up early on a beautiful day I went in search of Red Squirrels in a local copse. Unfortunately they were rather camera shy but the sunlight and light mist made the experience rather magical. Using a long lens I was able to make several images of backlit leaves before the sun became too high. I liked the way the sunlight caught this web creating some diffraction colours which may not show at this reduced size.

The rest of the day was spent giving the garden an Autumn tidy.

My Talk Talk internet connection seems to have slowed down a little in the last few weeks and they keep sending me e-mails about super fast fibre optics. Could these two things be connected or am I just being cynical?
