A Fine Day On The Bay

The weather was ideal, except for a bit of wind, for our friends final full day in Mexico. They rented a kayak for a nice paddle around Zihuatanejo Bay. It has been a while since I have had the use of an underwater camera (mine gave up the ghost a year or so ago), so I borrowed theirs and snapped away happily.

I ended up liking this one because the cloud in the background is impressive, as is often the case this time of year, and it provides as sense of our lovely city. The houses on the immediate hills are owned by the upper crust of Zihua, most of who don't spend these hot months in residence. Everyone will, however, soon be returning and the water will be nowhere near this deserted.
