The walking wounded

Angie thought she would try going out for a walk and as Rosie had shown problems when Angie last rode on Sunday, the two of them set off with the dogs for a walk. It was lovely and sunny, a bit breezy but as can be seen on the photo, Angie was well wrapped up. The walk was a disaster as far as Rosie was concerned. Angie had put on the saddle in case Rosie showed signs of going normally when she warmed up but it simply got worse. It seems to be a problem with her front left plastic half shoe and worse the farrier is not due for weeks.

The walk seemed to do Angie some good although she couldn't take part in her weekly work out at the sport club this evening, still not being that fit. Hope tomorrow she might be able to ride as Sultan is bursting with energy after four days of standing around.

I messed about in the garden, clearing up and then suddenly remembering at 18:00 that I needed to build a new floor for one of the bee hives. Luckily went quite well. More on bee journal.

Enjoy the last day at work tomorrow before the weekend stress starts.
