Down by the river.

My weekly visit to see Mr.P was a bit up and down today. He's still in hospital, there was talk of him going home soon but has had a bit of a set back. So he was a bit fed up about it - although he wasn't overly surprised. He hadn't got his hopes up too much.

Mrs S was a bit down about it all. We had a natter and another old college chum turned up so Mrs S and I went for a coffee and cake (always helps). Their eldest son Mr S turned up and we chatted and Mrs S cheered up and so life goes on.

Its a roller coaster ride of ups and downs for them at the moment. It's a very long roller coaster ride! But the ups are bigger than the downs. Whilst they have a down at the moment another up will come along - they just have to tough it out for the moment.

I then went for a walk along the river. The tide was out and I have spotted a few ways of getting onto the shore. Some very cool places for wool spinning and lights if anyone is interested (hint hint). I've been to this spot before but it gives a whole new perspective to get down to the waters edge. There was also a big moon so I stuck that in for good measure. Press L for large!
