Tomato in the style of mango

Chutney making this morning after I'd been to buy some more vinegar, which it turned out I didn't need, mainly because I'm using my recipe for mango chutney but upping the amounts a lot and, of course, using tomatoes instead. It's supposed to be quite spicy, but having tasted it I think I need to add a little something.

These aren't our tomatoes, they were given to us by a friend and I still have another tray of them that I need to do something with. Maybe tomato soup.
