Mumbles Reflections

The forecast for today was atrocious, but our luck held for a bit and enabled us to have a bracing walk to the Worm's Head in the Gower peninsula (My hostess tells me "worm" comes from The Viking/ Danish word "wurm"meaning Dragon or more likely a sea serpent) The rain started conveniently after we had finished our walk and then poured solidly all afternoon. However we repaired to a lovely restaurant in Mumbles, there to spend 2 hours eating and talking over a tasty lunch.
I have been trying to persuade our host and hostess, both happy snappers, and good too, to join Blipfoto. I hope they do!
The Gower is beautiful even in the rain and we will be back.
A big thank you to John and Ursula for being such welcoming hosts
