To Wonder if this is Katie

In my blip yesterday I showed you a portrait painted by the artist James Charles (1851-1906). It is believed the picture shows his daughter Kate Millicent Charles.

Here is the same portrait showing the same young girl side by side with a photograph that certainly depicts Kate. She is wearing a nurses uniform although her headdress is not very clear.

Do you think that they are the same person?
