Painting and Statuette at H C Residence New Delhi

Seen at the British High Commissioners Residence in New Delhi, a painting of a steam vessel on the Ganges from the early 19th Century and a statuette which looked to me very like 'Old Nosey', Arthur Wellesley later Duke of Wellington and the victor of the Battle of Assaye in 1803.
