The anniversary of the start of the second world war.

My Grandad flew in a Lancaster Bomber during the war and as a child I spent a lot of weekends with them. It seemed like every Sunday I was there, the Dambusters film was on. Despite the fact that I have seen it plenty of times I still sit and watch it.

Im sure this is where I developed my interest in history, in particular, the Second World War. Hence the weighty books.
