My days ...My life

Rosebank

Today has been a bit stormy and wet. We had a delivery to make at the Tree Shop in Cairndow. The drive over the rest was still beautiful even in the wind and the rain.
There were lots of mistle thrushes flocking round the rowan trees eating berries . The shop was nearly empty as there had been an accident and the road was closed. We enjoyed a quiet lunch there and I bought some hyacinth bulbs to plant for Christmas.
We came home via Doune where we went to share a meal with Sheila. After the wild weather it was lovely to sit for a while at this fire.
