21st Century Fox

I went to my favourite park to blow the cobwebs away and get some photos of the chrysanthemum displays only to discover the park over run with foxes! Kitsune is the Japanese word for fox and they are popular here, especially in shrines and in folk tales. Stories depict them as intelligent beings possessing magical abilities that increase with age and wisdom.

Not sure what today was all about but there was a queue to have photographs taken with a number of different foxes ranging from the one in the picture, to cute, cuddly toy ones and a dressed up fox character!

No fox is foxier than man!
