Along The River Merwede ...

Today an unpleasant meeting with the dentist. A headache is what remains. On the way back from Ridderkerk to Rotterdam I chose to drive along the river Merwede. That's where I saw this small Bolnes Church lighted by a fierce sun. Although the light was very hard - it was already after the eleventh hour in the morning - I liked the play of sunbeams and shadows on the church's facade and tower under a bright blue sky with a lot of white clouds windswept by high wind ... ;)
