A solid morning of lectures. 4 hours back to back, serving on very little sleep from last night's Warpaint gig in Glasgow, and a double-booked lecture hall meant that the geographers had to traipse back from the medical faculty to our own building, much to the satisfaction of the medics that had usurped our lecture theatre. The only room available for us didn't have enough seats, so I ended up spending an hour of the lecture sat on the floor trying to comprehend statistics for physical geographers.

After lectures, I spend about 30 mins staring at facebook before deciding to pack it in and go on a cycle to Queensferry. Blue skies calling.

Amazing weather, cool and crisp with the leaves all starting to turn; the long sun lighting them fantastically and spreading their shapes far across the ground. Couldn't have spent the afternoon any better.
