All the fun of the Fair?

Looks like they might be getting a fairground ride installed at the Cabinet Office in Whitehall. Or it might just be the remains of the crane that got caught up in the big winds on Monday morning.

Was up in London to attend a polar-themed conference being held at the Royal United Services Institute on Whitehall. Very interesting day, has given me lots to think about.
