Nearly November - and this!

The garden is hardly autumnal! What colour and growth there is there, despite the year knocking on the door of November!
Here is a sample today. Starting from top left and moving clockwise, we have a hebe flowering, a hydrangea budding, a rosa rugosa hipping, a nerine blossoming, an evening primrose all ready to spring up next spring, and a callicarpa berrying. And in the background, a rose in full bloom as though it is high summer!
What are we to make of it all?
