The Eyes Have It.

Today's blip will remind me of a lovely swim Lesley and I enjoyed in our DL Sports Centre, a light lunch from its new healthy menu and later a quick pop-in to say hello to Lucy, Lesley's rescue cat. She has settled in beautifully and must think she's arrived in cat heaven.

I have tilted the camera to have the eyes on the diagonal. Lit by natural light from a north-facing window, this is perfect for the subjects to show the texture of hair, and also the translucency and softness of skin. The plain background creates no distractions.
