All Saints Holiday today and so we were able to get away for lunch. We made the short drive near to where my wife grew up for a nice lunch in the countryside. Being truffle season and near to heart of it all.... I had a nice double sunny side up portion of eggs with a bit of these lovelies shaved on top! Heaven!!
