So this is how the insides of a modern zoom lens look after bouncing from 3ft.
Lokal camera shop has a replacement @ £130, or it can be repaired for £88 + VAT.
New, on internet £64. Guess which I've gone for?

Any use to anyone out there as spares? It's an 18 - 55m Nikkor AF-S DX 1:3.5 - 5.6 G VR
