Brown eyed boy

Alf has fantastic friends, alas there are also a couple of less fantastic boys who seem intent on making his school day less than pleasurable. He is rising above it by playing a massive ukulele solo!

My main concern today however was H who had a hospital visit today due to a highly abnormal smear result recently. The doctor we saw was very good, explaining that in spite of the terrifying wording of the letter the prognosis is actually very good There followed an examination where he confirmed the result and so he performed a procedure to remove some pre cancerous cells. Hardly the best Monday morning H has ever had but she was very brave. The message of the day really is that as a country we are making great strides to reduce the impact of cervical cancer but LADIES, DON'T IGNORE THE TESTS!
