Ginko Fans

The golden ginko tree leaves have shimmered along the village square for the last time this year. This little scene got snapped right at my feet to remind me of how fragile life can appear in its ever-changing cycles.
When spring returns the ginko's brilliant, light green leaves will fill the trees with replacement tiny fans.
