Sneak peek....

....I went for my sneak peek very early this morning, but as I told you last weekend if you get up early and walk around central London you will find the most amazing sights and this was this morning view.

As I found out once researching, these fine gentlemen are current Royal Marines supporting the Commando 999 charity that support ex marines, their aim was to break the world record for speed marching (looked like a fairly decent running pace to me) (a) over the marathon distance (hard enough), (b) in full kit and (c) carrying a 40lb (18kg) pack on their back.
