'Meet Flax'

This morning we went and picked up our new girl 'Flax' from some lovely people in Park Orchards who were giving her away to a good home.

Bella immediately fell in love with her and she had to sit next to her in the back of the car on the way home. I fixed up the portable pen by putting a barrel bolt on the outside where the two halves join up, now it's fox and dog proof (we hope).

Bella said she wanted to sit in the pen and hold Flax to feed her some grass, seems like there is an immediate bond between the two which is great.

The boy arrived home tonight from his night away down at the beach and sounds like they all had a wonderful time. He was very excited to find that we now had a New Guinea pig also. MsMun has also arranged for another girl to keep her company, but we can't pick her up for another two weeks as she's still too young to leave her mother.

Also went and photographed a house that we finished earlier in the year to show some new clients tomorrow. Will have to get up super early to do some processing as my computer was not co-operating again tonight. Downloaded a couple of shots directly to the iPad to blip tonight.
