I'm going to have to cheat tonight.

I was very happy walking along the beach in the mist, so I guess it's something I love.

I'm plumping for this photo and signing off. I've been chopping chillies tonight and now my hands are burning really painfully. I feel like they're on fire.
I've washed them several times, soaked them in cucumber, icy water, icy milk and rubbed them with wipes but clearly the chilli oil is deep in my skin.
