Candlelight Memories

Tonight we went to one of my favourite festive events, Aston Hall by Candlelight. It's a fantastic event and always sells out completely - possibly because it only occurs every other year. I went in 2009 and 2011 and hope to go in 2015! It was good, as usual, though we went on the last night of the event, so it was very busy. Also, this year's theme was simply winter and not Christmas, like it was in '09/'11 and I hadn't realised that so I was slightly disappointed at the lack of a Christmas tree and carols, which is one of my favourite parts of the experience. Still, it was a very good evening, not too cold and we went out for a nice meal afterwards too.
