A walk on the wild side

Heavy showers drenched our walking group today.

(And my new anorak is certainly not waterproof though it only claims to be showerproof.)

We did a circular route along the banks of the River Teith returning via Doune Castle
the site of recent filming for a TV sci-fi drama.

Well, as the slowest and the wettest in the group I was more than ready for my lunch in Doune, in a lovely little café specialising in home baking.

As for my blip pic this fuzzy, out of focus photo is more like an impressionistic painting than a digital photo.
