A fairly ordinary Thursday. I had a positive discussion with our editorial team about an article I wrote for the next issue of our online magazine. Writing isn't really my job, but a rather important feature planned on industry trends for 2014 was floundering under the person responsible for it, and production deadlines are looming. So I took charge and everyone was very pleased with the draft I presented today. While this is nice, I need to be careful taking on extra responsibility, as I have more than enough to do already!

Tomorrow is finally Friday and then the weekend will be here and I can catch up on desperately needed sleep!!
