Closer

11.4C with lots of light patterned cloud. Breezy.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for a walk after lunch. We walked down to the shore road then turned left and went along the cycle path to the level crossing. We crossed over the railway line but didn't go down onto the beach. Instead we walked along the back of the dune line to the Fishermen's huts.

I took several photos along the way. Even in the early afternoon there was a small line of pink light showing through the clouds just above Fife on the Southern horizon.

I sat for a while on the bench near the huts and Maeve stood and pointed herself into the breeze. She seemed to quite enjoy it :-)

We wandered along by the cottages then did go down to the beach near the car park as I had noticed 'ValhallaVI' was moored closer to the shore.

4.30pm and the pink line has now developed into a deep red sunset illuminating the underside of all the clouds for miles !
