Xmas2020

Much of the land around us are plantations of Xmas trees. They are harvesting at the moment; trees have been cut, wrapped and are waiting to be distributed.

One field was cleared earlier this year and wee saplings planted. They completed disappeared during the summer as the field was re-populated by weeds. I feared for the saplings.

However, as the weeds are dying off, the Xmas trees of 2020 are beginning to reappear in a very fresh green; presumably having benefited from the shelter. I daresay spraying might be under consideration in future years.
