Beatrice making crempogau or krampoez at Fishguard's new bakery/cafe-bar.

Since it's a Welsh-Breton enterprise I've used the respective words for these small dollops of batter cooked directly on the griddle.
Larger, you could call them pancakes or crêpes, thicker, drop scones, done in metal rings, crumpets...
Or, you could just point and say 'I'd like some of those please' for a Saturday morning treat.

Edit: others have mentioned blini, pikelets and Scotch pancakes, which are all names for the same type of thing.
