White peony

Our white peonies are doing well this year. Usually our red ones are much bigger, and earlier, but they have been disappointing this year. The white ones, on the other hand, are bigger than usual, and better shaped flowers. We are fortunate that we obtained some excellent stock plants from a friend who had intended to grow them commercially, but then moved to Australia.
