Chimney Smoke

We had a hard frost last night which persisted into the morning. Just the weather for accepting a winter's supply of logs which were tipped in a convenient place for me to stack. It took most of the day and the rain started just as the debris was being swept away.

That's enough exercise for the foreseeable future.

Some folks had their fires going early and I liked the way the smoke swirled up the hillside with the low sun creating some interesting effects through the trees.
