Busy today

Just coming up to high tide and there are a few canoes and dinghies moving up and down the creek. Later a lone canoeist tethered his canoe to one of the navigation bouys while he had a flask of tea and a smoke. He looked like he needed a rest because he'd been paddling against the tidal current.

All very muted colours today which made for a more mysterious feel to the marshes. I'm looking forward to documenting the creek in fog, frost and snow.
