Eddie was so excited to be out again today, if a dog could look really happy, he certainly did. He seemed pleased to see his doggie friend as well and they kept touching faces and running to each other. My friend E had a laugh over the pink sock of shame! Eddie also sniffed every tree in the park, we were out in the rain and mist a long time....

I met a friend today who'd been dealing with job application forms written in text speak. It reminded me of a recent news story of a school banning Black Country dialect. As the headmaster pointed out, if the children can't speak using the correct english words, how can they be expected to write and spell using them.
