Morning Moon

Strange day!! Terrible wind storms last night took out our cable, so my apologies for not responding to the people who sent hearts, stars and comments yesterday on my chuckling squirrel. (He is fine, by the way.)

Since not much could be accomplished at home, I drove Al across the state to his office in Grand Rapids, dropped him off to get some work done, and I spent a happy few hours winning at the casino. Since I had extra cash, I stopped and bought my daughter a new vacuum cleaner just like the one I had loaned her while we were away.

We dropped it off on our way home tonight and I loved seeing her face...she had no idea and had already decided not to buy one for herself!

Back at home after dark...and realized it was dark because all of our power was off now!!

This moon was our reward for getting up before the sun and driving west!
By the time our power came back on I was too tired to do anything but post this...about the only photo I took all day...hope to catch up with everyone tomorrow!
