autumnal carpet

There were other photos to choose from today. A photo of a bunch of us stuffing our faces at Chop chop tonight, but I ruled that one out because it wasn't the most flattering for a couple of the party who were in mid-scoff. Also, a sad photo of the old La Partenope sign sitting by the bins at the back of the restaurant where it was for 12 years.
After being mysteriously closed for the last few months, a new Italian restaurant has appeared in it's place. It seems to be doing ok for a cold Wednesday night in November. La Partenope was a damn good restaurant. I wonder if this one is as good, (and if it has any connection to the old one...)
