A new musical challenge

Trying to teach this old dog new tricks, today was exciting as this arrived in the post today. At the third attempt in a week, I was finally successful in winning an eBay auction for a second-hand glockenspiel, an instrument I haven't played since primary school, nearly 40 years ago. Although I bash about with ukulele, harmonica and concertina, I've never seriously attempted to play a percussion instrument. So this should be fun. It is an Angel Glockenspiel AX-25N2 25 note instrument, in neat new condition, and I also won an auction for a decent pair of Percussion Plus rubberised beaters to play it with. Let the bashing commence...
