Workhorse

Yesterday I told you that a ROV is a Remote Operated Vehicle. That sounds simple, but in fact it is a highly complicated and sophisticated piece of machinery. ROV's made a lot of subsea location diverless. It has camera's for video inspection, hydraulic manipulators to grab things under water, cutting devices for steelwires and so on. I can write for hours to mention all the specs of this fantastic piece of equipment (able to dive to 3000 meter deep), but seeing it is believing. So better watch this DEMO of Oceaneering
