Is the name of our new location and first assignment. This morning we arrived on this location and set up in DP (Dynamic Positioning). After building up a theoretical model we launched our ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) to the seafloor almost 2100 meter below our keel. 16 piles were driven into the seafloor where we have to connect the moorings for a future floating platform. It is our first deepwater assigment so everybody is very exited about this. On this picture you'll see the contour of our vessel and the location of the ROV on the bottom. This ROV has HD camera's on board so we can look 2100 meters deep wherever we want. It also has a transponder so we can see her exact position, but also give the DP computers of the Bylgia orders to follow the ROV when he is swimming free. There are no more NO's for an answer on any technical question I guess.
