Professor Sir

Today was a busy day for me. I've been co-heading the Early Career Network here in Physics and we had our first event. It was an informal question and answer session with a guest speaker - Professor Sir Michael Berry. I stuffed up the photo of him since the camera had mysteriously switched to manual focus (he was a smiley blur) so instead, here is a lovely sunset-washed view from the top of the Physics tower.

The event went well - there were lots of people in attendance and there was a lively discussion. I'm relieved!
