Gentoo Penguins in the spume

Today was a truly memorable day spent on two of the most beautiful islands of the Falklands. It started in Carcass Island and after a flight over a cloud-free Falklands we landed in Sea Lion Island. The weather was spectacular the whole time and in addition the birds seemed to be almost queueing up to be photographed. Orcas and a Sea Lion were also spotted, plus numerous Elephant Seals lounging on the beach. The grand finale was watching the Gentoo Penguins land on the beach. What a day !
