Sunset at Instow

So we went for a late afternoon walk across Instow Beach today as it was such a beautiful day.

However it is definitely November now, and coats, hats, scarves and gloves were required!

Decided to try a little more experimentation with the multitude of available settings that a Nikon provides, didn't get very far though as just as I was getting towards the effect I was trying to get to, all of a sudden the shutter refused to work......ah so that's why those wise fellow blippers carry spare battery packs!

Let's hope I have better photography luck tomorrow!
